Trap door? What trap door are we talking about? The derby cover over the clutch or the primary chain inspection cover?

Somebody says trap door I think ironhead transmission.

That is the clutch release cover.

 

Absolutely right.Trap door is behind the release cover.My mistake.Anyway.I started from the beginning with a clutch adjustment and all is well now.Cheap,easy fix as well as a learning experience. Thks for all the replies.
