Just outta curiosity you said above 75.
I'm gonna guess this is on a straight road
If on a sweeping curve that will start changing answers.

How long have you had the bike? Have you had it above 75 before?

Have you hit a pothole or pounded the front end hard?

Over the winter we had a spoked RK front wheel in for a new tire, after it was digitally balanced it had 5 weights on it and the side to side wobble had to be over 1/2". We pulled all the weights off and balanced it again with the same result. I wouldn't have ridden on that wheel but the owner chose to leave it as is... balancing doesn't necessarily mean round and true.

Are your brakes in spec? Are either rotor dragging.?

If by chance you have spokes, those will do the wobble. Steering neck bearings need some tension, you might try and pump some grease in them thru the neck grease fitting and see if tightens it up some.

You didn't forget to put the shims back in place, did you?

Who did the wheel bearings? You or the shop?

If shop, are they reputable and experienced with properly spacing and doing tapered bearings? If you did bearings did you measure end play and properly space out (shim) the bearings?

The reason I ask about the shop is the newer bikes don't use the tapered bearings and less and less techs are familiar with the procedure of measuring proper end play and spacing with shims for correct end play.

Really think it's the balance of tires. How did the shop balance them? Weights, beads,? Did you replace your wheel bearings or just re-packed them?

It was good before the tire change so I'd want to think the problem is either a bad tire (rare but possible) or loose wheel bearings. What brand/style tires did you use?

If you tighten the fork cap before torquing the axle nut, you can have improper load/spacing of the wheel bearings. Loosen the cap on the right fork till the axle will turn with a screwdriver in the hole on end of axle. Torque the axle nut to 50 ft/lb then re-tighten the fork cap. Then check for any play with the wheel off the ground.
