Two part problem. With first the oil tank above the pump on the older bikes, and the second problem with check valve for the tank oil line to the pump not sealing correctly, allowing gravity feeding of the motor oil out of the tank through the pump and into the motor cavity when the bike is not running.

Hence when you shut the motor off, the only oil that should be falling to the nose cone and inner case areas, isshould just be the motor still in the motor.
The problem you have, is the the pump has a check ball to seat, that is not sealing off correctly, so the oil from the tank is also making it way to the motor when the motor is shut off.

I'll let the other lads show you how to check/recondition the pump check ball seat for the spring loaded ball, to correct the tank oil leakage into the motor when the engine is shut off since they are already loaded with the photos of making a lapping tool and such, to recondition the check ball seat to stop the problem.

I usually go Not dive right in to Repair stuff like that...Hell... the internet will have that thing torn down to Parade Rest in No Time!!!!
All it takes is a tiny imperfection or bit of Debris at the check ball/seat to cause a drip an hour... (adds up)
Next oil change...drain at the Feed Line... then remove spring/ball and give her a Cleaning!!!
Do Not "stretch" the spring... if ya want to ...replace it... maybe Ball too, as they are Cheap...
What's a small bit of oil under a Harley anyway???? Something I couldn't give two ***** about!!!!
Worried about it???? Park in the Grass....

RevTec is a top breather. It's have to be run a bit for it dump any out the air cleaner or hose if it's been re-routed. Oil dumped out in the front sounds more like an oil line or filter mount issue.
