I really took my time today to level the bike and run string from the rear tires to the front tires try to get them perfectly parallel.. Then use the plumb bob from the axle to the ground and made my marks axle center to access center left side I got 68.0250" and for the right side I got 68.0337".. is it possible that that 1/32" of that rear axle being out of line with the front axle contribute to wobble? Also I would like to mention left hand sweeps at speed are smoother than right hand sweeps (turns)...
Next is checking firmness off steering head fall off and rebalancing front wheel..

I Very Much Doubt that you could Feel that Difference... I use a Florescent Light tube for That Job!! Plenty good..
I do Not do My street bike alignment that way...I ensure that the Belt or Chain is "Centered", and Go!!!!

So I checked a couple more things and the steering head was indeed loose.. I remember hearing knocking over sudden little jolts, so I tighten that up to the point where it doesn't fall off but you need to help it to fall off. It's really good and firm now and it's not slow going down the road in the twisties.. The other thing too was I checked my tire pressures and Jesus you really got to stay on top of this **** I'll tell you.. I had 27 in the front and 22 in the rear, can't believe I let it go that long without checking.. I now have them up to 37/34. I can corner at 80-85 now and it's planted firm to the ground. I also did one run from 80 to a 120 but I was down on the tank out of the air and I never once got the slightest hint of a wobble.. It was so smooth even at a 120.. I guess the moral to all this is that you got to keep up on the maintenance on your because **** does fall away.. I'm just glad I checked all that first before I went drastic and increased the trail by changing the triple trees ones with the offset of 1.45"..
And by the way @Racepres I did measure my trail and I'm right at 5.4"

Decent Trail Number... Yes tire pressure matters...tho I never go over 32/34 in front!!! Certainly Not at DragStrip.
The Fallaway is only too tight if it feels "heavy" or I think it feels like a Flat front tire when too tight..
I do Not, will not, use that alignment method.. Again...if the belt is exactly centered in the pulley...Equal Gap, it is Correct!!!

So much could be wrong if that as the only method.

That is only one element among many. It is not THE only element.
A pretty good list has been given previously by the OP.
