Found the size I wanted, cut the adapter to lengthen the muffler a bit, tack welded it to the Rinehart and that was it. No mods to the original FXRD pipes at all. In fact, I can swap both FXRD mufflers back on in less than 15 minutes if I want. I did have to fab a place to mount the muffler hanger but if you see it, that's a 5 minute job with a grinder and drill. One thing I also did was take the Rhinehart's apart and wrap the baffles. It got them to quiet down enough to not **** off my neighbors before 8 o'clock. The ugly part is covered up with heat shields I got from a swap meet.

thank you

Forgot to mention. Harley touring mufflers are all about 30" long. FXRD mufflers are about 24" long. Also, I sent you a PM with a link.
