If the bike had good oil pressure up until you changed the oil and flushed the oil tank, you need to go back and review everything you did. Somewhere in this lies the problem.
Ok, at this point you need to crack the feed line at the pump to verify it isn't blocked. Next I'm suggesting breaking open the return line to the filter and verify it's flowing there at idle and how much. Got flow break the out to tank side of the filter, got flow check the tank fitting for the same. this is a pain but it eliminates guessing or tells you where the problem is. I've old hard hose chunk internally and block the line.
No return side running oil it's time to pop the nose cone and look see, be time to look for crap that have gotten in when you stirred up the tank sludge or early damage like a lifter roller going out dropping dumping crap in and sheared a key on the pump shaft, no oil return is a sign the a key gave it up in the pump or the drive off the pinion. Has happened.
The pump is gravity fed and the engine was already primed and flooded. All you need to do is pop the cap on the tower of the pump, if oil flows it's plenty primed.
It was dry fresh rebuilt motor yeah might some air in the system yet, you don't. Something is either blocked or mechanically not moving in the pump.
Sitting here wondering why we ever suspected the Return side??
Anyway.. Pressure senders are inexpensive...replace with a Quality unit... not much pressure there at all...but...oil should definitely be present while running...not squirting mind ya...not alot of pressure...but Flow...plenty of Flow!!!
Check the Screen!
I went to take the check valve cap off to see if the pump is primed and I found I have the damn vent line connected to the supply nipple on the tank! Amateur hour! Thanks for all the tips and comments.

And you showed us the correct oil line hose routing diagram....
