Heritage had a cable drive through `95 , that wheel p/n is 43005-86
My worry is that exploded view of the wheel doesn`t show the speedo drive unit.

I admit I do not know
Many thanks for advide .
Ride safe.

Thanks and Good news to hear.
I still have FXSTS softail axle shaft .
I hope the speedo gear of evo FLST wheel matches to this ride.
Sorry, don't know what laced offset means , I am studying that.
Eliot.

The wheel part numbers did not change when the electronic speedometers came out, they just eliminated the drive unit and used a spacer (in place of the drive unit) on the left side.

Are you trying to find a 21-inch wheel, or 16-inch wheel?

Is that springer a Harley Davidson part?

The OEM front wheel part number used on FL Softails (laced wheel) is 43005-86, this part was used from 1986-1999.

That is the wheel in my sig picture.

Thanks.
Exactly, I'm trying to find 16" that uses front speedo drive unit which my 1991 FXSTS has.

From what I've learned here, I narrow down to the following.

1. Softail models that use front speedo drive unit were issued until 1995.
2. I may need new spacer.
3. Now, 43005-86 is the part number of OEM FL softail model.

thank you sir.

The laced wheel assemblies used on FL Softails from 1986 through 1999 are all the same.

All will work with a mechanical speedometer drive unit.

I appreciate your help sir.
I googled and Speedo unit and axle kit have variations depending on softail models.
I 'm keeping my stock FXSTS speedo unit and axle kit.
I must change all of them too? or Can I use stock axle with only spacers changed?
Thanks anyway.
Eliot

While searching for proper parts, I've found new parts.
Is there anyone who know or experience this part?
