I took 82" eco out of a 95 heritage that had a 6 speed SE that was wrecked, putting in a custom chopper frame that I believe is a Kraft tech that had a shovel and 4 speed.
the 6 speed will not line up to the inner primary, and the trans mount is not removable.
I have the trans plate from the heritage. Im guessing that it will need to be cut out and moved out to meet the inner primary?
Or does anyone know an easier way of going about this ?

Im assuming the 6 speed fits a 5-speed trans plate? In order to get it to fit you can order an adaptor trans plate from Vulcan Works that will allow you to run a 5/6 speed in a 4 speed frame. I had to use one recently when putting my stock 5 speed in a shovel 4 speed rear section.
