96 heritage engine issue

No tuning/timing is gonna fix an out of balance issue, period. If it's way too high, you'll know it before you get into 2nd gear.

Common piston sizes are just that -. If you take the time to measure correctly, you can put a Wiseco into the same hole as a oem piston. The (piston) manufacturer knows what clearance the piston needs and makes them undersized of the common bore size.

If you ever reverse measured balance a stock Evo, you would know it's 60% balance factor.

Well i finally got back to this. And got the engine pulled and checked out the run out on the pinion side, and its bad. got the crank on the stand and lets just say i found my problem. Crank twisted.... so may be some weight issue still but twisted crank is for sure the root of my problem cause by myself. this weekend will be crank fixing and we will see how it goes.
