Looked at a 93 Wide glide for a bit yesterday. A friend of mine told me about it when were having a couple of beers yesterday when he was servicing his Hydra-glide for a trip upstate next week. Lake George Americade, can't go because of my latest shoulder replacement. Anyways he then tells me it's in a container in his back yard and is storing it for some girl that he knows.
So we take a quick look at it and it still in the container all seems to be pretty original except for the carburetors, and rim's which are relaced with twisted stainless and need to be replaced. The overall condition is probably a 6-7 on a scale of 10 with 29k on the clock.. Not sure how it runs, the battery was dead but my buddy told me he'll get it on a charger and in a couple of days we'll take a closer look. Not even sure ho long it sat in there and what the condition of the gas is but he did say the carbs need adjusting.. Here's a very close example of what it looks like. I'll see if I can get pics once we get it out of the container this next week.
I'm looking for a little advice for fair pricing.. Thanks.
