Default Strange Fork Tubes

OK guys, I CAN'T FIND NOTHIN about these. Box confirms that they should work, but I've NEVER seen anything like them. There's no place for the lower bushing to go on and what the heck is the O-ring groove for?
Any help.

Who makes them? Contact the manufacturer to make it right or send them back. That top one is roached!

The top one is fine, they are NOS USA made replacement tubes, there just dirty. Unfortunately they won't work for my 87. Will know more on Monday, seller thinks he has the right ones.

Not at all... The top one is for an Earlier front end.. Pre 1984 anyway.. Like on my 1974 certainly. The bottom one is setup for Replaceable sliding Bushing..

The tube you got looks like an 70s Showa tube like what Honda used.. I believe the groove isn't for an O ring but to collect oil.

I don't think it occurred until AMF bough them out.. I'll bet my 65 has the same as yours.
