Motor mount stuff is for rubber-mounts. Like you said, yours is soild and you don't need to do anything with the mounts.
Coupla points to ponder:
1 - Don't drop the bolt you gotta access through the hole in the frame, down into the opening in the frame! They say to put a rolled up paper tube arund it while you're wrenching it out/in. I never have, but ...
2 - You might have to compress the rear intake valve spring to clear the rocker cover when you slide it out. Some come out without doing this; some don't.
3 - Memorize the motions you go through to get that lower rear section out. Reverse 'em to get it back in. It especially helps if you remember exactly how you held your tongue!
4 - If the new parts don't include new shafts, make sure the shafts go back into their original position.
Hi I can not get rear rocker cover out tried every thing I know but cut it in half do not know if problem is with pro/one covers or just not holding tongue right had so called mechanic do a rebuild and it's been leaking or pouring oil every since I removed front cylinder covers and the umbrella valve was on exhaust side explains why pouring oil but unable to get rear out any suggestions I can hardly get a sheet of paper between frame and cover this is on a 1993 Fat Boy

Are you talking about the top piece or the middle one??
If you're talking about the middle one you have to take it apart like a jig saw puzzle.
First remove all the 1/4" bolts holding the bottom rocker box to the heads.
Next remove the rocker arm bolts.
Next remove the pushrods
Push the rocker arm shafts out to the left side of the bike
Remove rocker arms
Remove middle layer rocker cover
Remove bottom layer rocker cover

So you got all the bolts out but can't remove the cover correct?
I was able to get the top cover off my rear rocker box when I re-did the gaskets in '12, but I couldn't get the middle ring off. Apparently, there is considerable tolerance on these frames, so some come apart and some don't.
Fortunately, in my case, I didn't need to remove the lower section, and I was able to work the new lower/middle gasket over the rocker arm assembly and under the middle ring without removing the ring.
