Does this make sense to you?
check the first pic in post #16. it looks like it has the later manifold. no compliance fittings. i could be wrong tho.

Yeah, looks like the compliance fittings are gone, which is the good news. The bad news is that the Keihin carb is still there.

Hey Doc

Got the wobble extension and a 1/4" hex to fit into the 1/4" hex allen screw.

Got tha sucker out. FIRST TIME for me ~ thanks to guys like you.
Check-out the dirty carb.
Now I cleaned the heck out of it with carburetor cleaner.

that dirt on the butterfly doesn't mean anything. it's the inside of carb that has to be clean. bowl, jets and the passages the fuel travels through.

Yeah. Only way to clean them is to pull them apart and soak them. And don't forget about the idle air screw under the plug on top of the thing.
