Default EVO Primary Swap

I own a 1998 Fatboy. Will a 1999 to present primary cover match up? Are the hole patterns the same? I know the derby cover on an EVO are 3 hole, but not sure about the pattern on the primary cover. Thanks

I don't think it will fit. Not all Evo covers will fit either.

I swap in my 99 evo the silver primary cover for a chrome 2002 twincam one without any kind of trouble. Just remember that you must get a 5 holes derby cover instead of your 3 holes one.

I believe it is 1994 or 1995 and up to about 2006 are the same, just the difference in the clutch cover.
