Pushrod Clip Problem

WTF, I had no problem getting all of them off but now the rear cylinder Clips seems to be tight.....Is there something I need to do that I am just missing something? IT's on a 95 Evo motor.

If you mean that spacer thing that goes between the top flange of the pushrod cover and the spring-loaded barrel in the middle, I always use a rounded-edge screwdriver under the bottom of the spacer and on top of the spring loaded part and carefully pry/slide it into position. I just did my '94 and they seemed extremely tight. They sure as heck don't leak though!!

Check to make sure both end are all the way in, then make sure the ring isn't hanging up on the fins. Sometimes you have to pull out on the tube slightly. Hope this helps.

Another thing you might need to do is lightly lube the o-rings on the ends of the tubes and the holes that they fit into. This will make it easier for them to seat in correctly. Hope this helps.
