For some of us who have that ole Maggnetti Morrelli system could this be the answer to better tuning and more consistency?
I saw this in this months Bagger Mag and it is a new Throttle body and there using the Power Commander III. It is pricey for the two and it could run about the same as it would be to swap it out to a carb.
What do you guys think? here's the link to the throttle body folks.
Seven bills and up for a throttle body? Then you need the power commander and the computer and more? You'll be out a thousand bucks plus tuning, easy. Why don't you just Microsquirt it? Put a Microsquirt on there, wire it up, add a oxygen sensor if you don't have one already and you're done, with full access to the fuel maps and everything else. If you are already fuel injected, that's about all you'll need, as you already have a throttle body, injectors, fuel pump, etc. Look at DIYAutoTune.com and check out the Microsquirt. I'd a gone with that instead of building my own mini Megasquirt derivative, but the Microsquirt wasn't out at the time.
Dr. Hess, I thought it was quite pricey too and I like the idea of the Microsquirt, thanks for the link. I'll be saving that one for when I need it.

Yeah, Micro/Megasquirting is the way to go. I have 3 MS'ed vehicles: 20 valve Corolla, 22R Truck and the Sportster. The home site for the project is www.msefi.com.
