Just finishing the paint on my 90 UC and thought I would share a few pics. Still have to do the side covers, but they shouldn't take long. I had a friend suggest bedliner and I found a Rustoleum bedliner at Lowes that is rattle can and works really pretty well. I have about 4 coats on everything. It fills in scratches pretty well, is a bit thicker than other paints, requires no clear coat or buffing or waxing and is tough. I see no reason to do anything but rinse it off with a hose occassionally and just ride.
Hey can you post an exact product name or a pic of the can? I laid my fat bob down two months ago and as the docs won't let me ride, I might as well do this now.
I'm not near my camera or an empty can, but it was Rustoleum Truck Bed Lining (black top, tall can with picture of truck bed I think) and I got it at Lowes. I've been to two Lowes stores and they both carried it - course I'm in the South and we have a lot of trucks!
