Default FLHTC Dash Lights

hi, while replacing my speakers on my 1987 FLHTC I found that one of the light sockets on my gauges is bad.
Does anyone know if they still offer them? I have the following gauges, oil pressure, oil temp, volts, and clock.
The socket is a black push in type.
Thanks for any help.

I can't find an appropriate part number, but they're not anything exotic. You could try the dealer. ALL new/replacement gauges come with one and likely a mechanic has one laying in his tool box if the parts guy will ask....

And I've never needed one, but seems I've seen similar sockets hanging up in most "fast food" type parts stores (Advance, Auto Zone etc.) They might be metal in place of the plastic. I'm sure I've got one around here somewhere, but can't get my paws on it at the moment. Those gauges were made by VDO and shouldn't be hard to find one.

socket 75044-84
bulb 75045-84

They are still offered as far as I know. I had to order them because I could not find anything close at any stores, bulbs or sockets.

Great job, Ogre.
They were easy to find in the book with the number. Reckon I didn't look hard enough. And yes, those are good numbers - still avaliable

Thank you for finding the part numbers. Having that one gauge out drives me nuts. I am going to call around today and see if I can find one or have order one. Thanks again!

Thanks for those part numbers. I called the local dealer, no go. The parts guy checked and told me who had the socket. The closest dealer was arond 60 miles away, so it gave me a destination for a ride. They only had one, which was all I needed but I picked up 4 bulbs. I will replace all of the gauge bulbs while the farings off. Thank again for the help. Bob
