Ultima contact??

Hey guys, I rememeber seeing someone list a phone number for an Ultima contact at some point. Since my ordeal with the rear wheel splitting, I've tried contacting the seller (bikerhaven on eBay) several times and the jackass wont reply..... I'd like to give Ultima an opportunity to make things right, but I cant find any contact info at all for the company. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but I'd appreciate if someone could help...

1-800-325-3914 ask for Brian in tech support, they may give you another number to call. Make sure you tell them how the "dealer" is treating you. Hope this helps.
