I remember the water supply in the plant was contaminated due to this fine degreaser They called everyone in for a blood sample to see if this stuff was in the body I refused thinking it was a drug check ! Christ I never drank the plant water anyway I was soon after that they asked me to vacate the premises The plant used or still does make rocket motors space shuttle stuff ! What a great country !

You can still get Methyl-Ethyl-Keytone (M.E.K.) We used it in the service to prep the chopper rotors before zinc chromate primering the bearing bores and pressing in the bearings for staking
