Depends on what your looking for , i believe up to 07 head pipes will fit, im a 2 into 1 guy myself, so i prefer the thundheder or fat cat. each can be found on ebay.
If you're looking for a more factory style setup, then definitely go with the newer style head pipes.
I'm with gsxrboy96, and think the Thunderheader is the way to go on an EVO. But if you want the look of duels, I'd go with the later EVO head pipes and a set of slip-ons from SuperTrapp (that's what I'm running with 18 discs installed). The 'trapps give the bike a nice sound that isn't going to get the neighbors pizzed when you come home at 3am.
I don't have a good retailer, because it's been a while since I ordered anything for my 93 FLHS. In the past, I've had decent luck with JP Cycle. Check with some of the vendors on this forum.
I just went with the Rush dual exhaust head pipe and rush 2.25 mufflers from Drago here on the forum. He's a vendor here on the site. He says he won't be undersold and if you get a price give it to him and he'll beat it. I couldn't be happier. Check out his site on his home page.

I've actually got Supertrapp's on there now, but they are so old that the pipe innards - where the fiberglass is, is falling apart and making terrible rattling noises. Also the flange where the trapps hook up to the pipes has rotted off - hence the new need for the pipes.
I know they changed how the muffler hooked up to the pipes somewhere between 93 and 96. If I get the newer type pipes - 96+, I'm guessing that the newer type mufflers will fit? And the mounts under the bags will be the same?
From what I've read, it's pretty much a 'bolt on'. I know there are a few others on this forum that have done it and will add their $.02.
On a side note, I believe The MoCo was obsoleting the older head pipes. I know I had a hell of a time finding one for the rear cylinder that was bent correctly and the correct length. I ended up driving a couple hundred miles to get one that was sitting on a dealer's shelf.
