Today it was back to crappy rain and cold. It's 39 and dropping here right now.
Here's the really maddening thing... the weather forecast for today (even til this afternoon) said rain ending and a "high in the mid-60s" - but it never made it past 42 today! Those turds have $20B of Doppler Radar and other high-tech crap - and they were off by 20 friggin' degrees for the high! WTF? I'm going to go find an old farmer... they know more about forecasting weather than all the brainiacs at the National Weather Service!

i know the feeling,There for awhile i was considering getting a lynch mob together and go after ours...Really though,they have the only profession that still gets paid for being completley wrong.Just dosent seem fair.Looks like we may have a break here sat. but rain agin sunday.

They are correct about 50% of the time... just like stock market "analysts"... so we might as well just flip a coin to see if it's going to rain/snow or not, right? That's a LOT cheaper than their 4D Digital Infrared Super-Duper Whiz-Bang Doppler Radar Technology!

There is a very simple answer to this inaccurate weather forecasting. We suffer the same problems here in the UK. Last summer we were supposed to enjoy a 'barbeque' summer - it was cool and rained a lot! Then we were going to have a mild winter and so far have had the worst for over 30 years.
They are all using s/w designed to give the answers the politicians want to hear on climate change.

It's global warming Graham... haven't you read the news lately - all these dinosaur motorsickles we're riding are f'n up the atmosphere 
I hate to be the toothless hillbilly to tell all those scientists and politicians - but the earth is extremely hot in the center and ain't but one place for all that heat to go. And I can't apologize for the catastrophy that covered the earth in dust, blocked out the sun and caused the polar icecaps to begin with, because I had nothing to do with it
