I just noticed that my back tire is off center in the fender. I did check the axle in the swing arm and everything lines up The bike runs great and handles good I am the original owner of this 98 superglide any suggestion Thanks
It is normal, sets closer to the left swingarm. Why? the heck if I know but I have mine centered to run a 150 and had to space it over from the left swingarm.

Correct- at least on the several Softails I've had. Although the wheel was never "centered" under the fender, the belts were always spot -on.

The belt MUST be centered on both the front and rear pulleys! If it isn't, you'll chew it up in no time.
You can get spacers in 1/16" increments to move the rear wheel laterally, and you can get spacers that go between the rear pulley and the rear wheel to move the pulley to wherever it needs to be laterally to line up with the front pulley.
The spacers are the same on both sides I took off the belt guard and the belt rides straight on the two pulleys I have 30,000 miles on her and just noticed it

If the bike tracks right, I wouldn't be concerned about it then... Just get out and RIDE!
