I LOVE this site! You guys are hilarious AND helpful!
"Woman" is the nickname my husband gave me way back when we started dating...I would not/do not take offense at it's use. But thank you for your civility grbrown!
Miacycles: will call Mean City as well.
Reese: I'll double check your seats in Evo parts. If they're the ones I've looked at already, I don't think they will work. But, I'll look again to make sure.

The impression I got from the opening post is that they have not been riding in a long time. Me thinks any seat will hurt the butt until they get some miles under their butts.

Sir Graham (grbrown) is British, Ma'am... it's his solemn duty to the Crown to be always polite, and at least semi-embarrassed about nearly everything we post on here... RIGHT GRAHAM???
As far as the British, just be glad it's GR and not Swordy answering
He'd be putting that picture into his avatar montage!
Best o'luck getting a comfy seat. and as said earlier, new shocks may be an even more important improvement, Woman. (hahaha had to try that out and see how it feels! My better half didn't care for me calling her that....)
oh, and don't forget to check out the Superbrace giveaway thread.
There is an Evo in the running....

Don't know Swordy... but I like him already!
Look Dale - I know you couldn't resist calling Woman, "Woman"... but you don't have tell your wife EVERYTHING! It's bad enough that I got NorthGeorgiaButterfly into the Peace and Quiet Evo Clubhouse! BTW, I hope you guys have things cleaned up in there before she arrives... or I will be a dead man!
to add another log to the fire....
we are happy with our custom made Hitchhiker + from BAR Enterprises, www.harleyseats.com
built for our weight and leg length and riding style.
Also, another good one was the Harley Sundowner, but it looks like the big seat that it is.
I've been looking at those seats for awhile, waiting for good or bad reports on them. I think you made my mind up for me. Hard to tell from the pix, did you get the extra wide passenger pad? And also did you upgrade to the memory foam?

Yes, we went for the extra wide passenger.
But no, we did not get the memory foam, on advice from the dude who took our order, as he figured the temps we ride in would not allow it to fully do it's job. (I ride nearly all year round.)
I talked to Teri, a super cool dude and down to earth honest for my order.
There are other good seats out there, but we really like ours. And the price was very good.
Also, they need to get onboard as a HDF sponsor!

You're very welcome. Mind your feet on that cable while I vacuum clean round here. Suddenly having you girls pop in means we chaps have to tidy up a bit....
Anyone seen the duster?

Woman, we're under intense pressure in here at present, what with the imminent prospect of NorthGeorgiaButterfly calling by for the first time! We've got the real possibility of stereo womanhood amongst us, which is proving a bit daunting, so we're trying to be on our best behaviour!
