If you do end up going with the twinkie do some research, I had a 2002 wide glide with carb, last year with the timken crank bearing. If memory serves me right after alot of research 02 was the best pic of the litter although I think 05 and 06 was the next best. Then again this would be better discussed in the twinkie forum.
Roadglide is a great handling bike and last year in an EVO would be the best of the best.

Yeppir! Plus I get to hear from "experts" who want to know why I put an EVO into a twinkie model!

LOL! I feel like an idiot. When I asked what's wrong with the '98 RG, I didn't even see your sig pic of yours, BV! I think that you just don't want any competition out there. I can see why you love it... I would really like a '98 RG... last year of the EVO and the return of a sleeker shark nose! Couldn't BE a better combo!

I fear my days in the Evo section are numbered. So far have a lead on a 05 with low miles in my range. I just got back from the dealer and they wanted 18k for a 2010 with 11k miles on it! I just walked away.

Haven't been to F&S yet. I have been seeing a ton of 05-07 in my price range just waiting for the right one.
