Gas cap question

Gas cap question
Well I finally did it. Left my freak'in gas cap at a station miles away Thursday. While getting gas today I realized it. Called J & P tonite, they have nothing for me.
Any ideas?
Does HD still make these for 1994 Electra Glide or is there something else that fits under my fuel door?
BTW, it has to be vented.
Hate it..........losing ori ****!

i left a fuel cap sitting on top of a fuel pump once. i went back there the next day and got it back. i asked about it and the girl behind the counter pulled out a box full of gas caps. mine was right on top.

That's worth knowing! HM, might be worth visiting your closest gas stations, just in case....

I'm going back to the station this morning, however it's raining. Think I'll take the car, guess I'm getting old. Use to ride rain or shine.

I drove up there and went to the pump I was at and no cap sitting on top.
Went inside and asked the counter-lady if they had any gas caps left since Thursday and she said just one, a Harley Davidson cap!
Unbelieveable and I didn't even know it had HD on it.
