not meaning to trash the topic, but since it's still active and I'm in search of a battery, which brand would u recommend? I had the H-D OEM replacement and it lasted 4 years, any other recommendations or should I stick with the same?
thats the nice thing about this 90 and up splined clutch......is real easy
batteries.....theyre all probably decent....
I run Deka (East Penn MFG) batteries in everything usually (theyre made local so I like to support them) but I have a genuine H-D battery in the sporty (Deka doesnt make a replacement for that...it's kick only with a very small battery) and there's a H-D glass mat in the FXR (was in there from the P.O.)
