91 FXR charging problems
My 1991 FXRS isn't charging the battery. \\; I have checked the stater with a volt-meter and it is only putting out .12-.15 volts according to that. \\; I charged the battery and it checks at 12.3 volts. \\; I am assuming at this point that my stater is gone unless I am not reading the meter properly. \\; Electrical issues are not my strong point by the way. \\; How do I check my regulater to see if it is crapped out as well? \\; Also, is there any other tests I can do to make sure the stater is bad? \\; Thanks in advance for any and all help. \\;
