What's LG?

 

my 89 flh will do 80 at about 4000 rpm. and i have throttle left.

 

Less Gear.

 

Definately changing the cam to ev-27. What kind of money am I looking at switching the pistons? keep in mind that this will be going to local HD dealer, as my local Indy hasn't been much help.

 

Change the cam, you need to change the bearing anyway. I run the Dave Mackie DM500 very close specs to the Andrews 27. I have a high flow filter, two into one exhaust and Mikuni carb. It runs great and not alot of cost. Exhaust will make a "huge" difference My setup didn't cost much because I did most of it myself. Good luck

 

Unless someone asked and I missed it....what were the DYNO RESULTS???
60 horses, 70ft lbs, what? What was the air/fuel? You said it was dyno'ed, lets hear about that.
