Shew we got her done it took three guys a curtain rod {to push down with because the rubber piece on the end worked nicely} a foot long piece of 2in pvc{to hold the cap,3/4x2in pvc spacer piece, and spring all in align} and a 13/8's wrench.
one guy standing in the riding position pushing down with the curtain rod, 1 person holding the 2 inch pvc sheath and ready with the wrench, one person stabilizing the front wheel{because its off the ground} with his legs and helping push down with the curtain rod.
Also had to remove risers and gauge cap for headlight to get some room to work.
After alot of failed inventions and busted knuckles we came up with this set up and worked out very nicely
