Default Seat Beads

My family bought me a set of beadrider seat beads for my birthday and I installed them last Saturday. I've been riding on them for a few days now, about 300 miles since installation and let me say they are wonderful. I have a road king seat and never was uncomfortable, just hot. Well these beads make it feel like you have a fan blowing on your chestnuts and butt, especially when you have your feet on the highway pegs and are doing 40+. I highly reccomend them to anyone who want a cooler a#$ when riding.

I made a couple of beadrider seat covers from an automotive sized one I got from Walmart. Never have used it. I've read that they make your *** slide around too much and could be dangerous while riding. I'm not sure.

I've got 10,000 miles on my bead rider seat on my new 2011 Ultra classic plus another 6000 when they were on my softail. I've never felt they "rolled around" at all, but it definitly helps to circulate the air on those hot july/august days and keep my *** dry.

I don't notice any sliding unless your shifting your weight, so it doesn't come as a surprise. And then you only move an inch it seems.

Bought a set for our trip to Sturgis this year. It helped but didn't eliminate the pressure point on my right side - but it did definitely keep the posterior nice and cool. Made the long ride back much more comfortable.

I tried my home made seat beads (finally) and found out the myth about sliding all over the seat was a bunch of crap. Nice not having swamp ***.

Glad to hear Carl!!!! I went on a big ride saturday, 280+ bikes and I bet I had 20 people come up and ask about them, a few even sat on them. I should ask for a commission or something!!!!!
