no easy fix, at least do the rings and check the valve seals, or go ahead and replace the valve seals.

The soft copper particles in RESTORE is meant for engines with babbit bearings, not engines with roller bearings. How long do you think a roller bearing will last if those particles start building up on the shafts and bearings?????? I wouldn't use it!!!! Hope this helps.

Well, I went ahead and threw a little bit in. I figure with 68k on the motor, I'm due a rebuild in 10 or 20k anyway.

Didn't think about the roller bearings, though. May be the only amount I throw in there.
