Hey , even tho I own a 98 eglide I still look I found a 1987 eglide w/ 56k dealer svced for 5600 Paints good for me makes the right rumbly noises. Anything special I should watch out for? Oh yea its red w/blk pinstriping

If it has been dealer serviced any of the things that might have gone wrong with an early Evo will have been fixed long ago. Things I suffered with my 1990 include lower cylinder gasket leaks, trans oil seal leak, broken gear lever spring, failed stator, failed ignition sender, but all fixed with better grade parts and no repeat problems.
But that was also a long time ago and some of those parts are still working with my 107" motor. You should have nothing to worry about. Just give that bike a good home!
