You can install a longer collar on the mainshaft to move the front drive pulley out but you will have to shim the pulley on the rear wheel to keep the belt in line...What size rear tire do you have installed?

The width of the tire is 140. It needed to be 130.
I installed a 3/16" thick spacer and the problem is gone.
The belt centered itself on the front pulley nicely.
