Well. According to Harley, you're suppose to "inspect" them every 25k, some people get 100k miles out of them, some fail earlier than 25k, I guess what I'm trying to say is that its a coin toss whether they fail or not, and let's be honest, I love my Harley as much as anyone else, but the fact that the motor company cannot produce a lifter that has a 50/50 shot of failing after 25k is absurd. That's why I chose not to run the "b" lifters and give my money to someone else, just my two cents, your money spends anywhere tho.

I have a 90 with 31k on the orig. Lifters
That's on of the only things that bothers me
About my bike. Looks like new lifters and
Adj. Pushrods for me next year !

I'm gonna put the stock lifters in. I'm not hot rodding this bike and its all stock other than a s&s super e and a set of V&H straight shots.I just cruise on this bike and it never gets higher than 4,000 rpm anyway.
