Engine paint ?
I got the paint off by using paint stripper and my bead blaster. I then painted everything red and then polished the edges of the fins. I think it looks great that way. Now I have to start masking off around the bottom end to do some touch up. I am going to go with cylinder base covers and inner primary cover from Kuryakin and head bolt covers
It sounds to me like you guys are spending a lot of time looking for a "cheap/quick" way to paint your engines only to touch up several time a year and do it all over again next year. And between the missed spots, oversprayand adhesion problemsit sounds likeyou're not real happy with the results... why not just do it right once and not have to worry about it again?
