Welcome from O-H-I-O, some advice is to get a good starter, you are going to need it. For a first motor you are going all in, that Woods is going to let some pressure out but watch the 45 mph roll on (detonation) in hot temperatures, should storm with a estimated 90 HP from my butt dyno.
You will find that the Woods cam will need the lifter plungers set deeper in the bores to tame the clatter, lifters are usually set .100 deep in the bore but .150 is needed, if you set them at .100 with the cylinder growth from heat you will shortly find out the famous Woods clatter and think you left something loose.
Timing: play it safe
Jets: I'm dumber than a rock with a S&S
Voes: if you know the engines limitations not needed
Other notes: hammer it my friend and report
