I've got a corbin dual touring saddle but its pretty bad cracked up in the drivers seat area. Its a nice seat other than the cracks. I could have the large front section recovered and continue to use this seat. If I did this, I may buy a backrest for it, more than likely a knockoff backrest off amazon though. The other seat options are a Mustang one piece studded original which I think is a better looking seat but may not be comfortable. And lastly I'm looking at a saddlemen King seat. This one just screams comfort but is the least attractive seat, and doesnt have studs so it might not match the classic look as well. I mostly do short trips around town but tend to always get uncomfortable rather quickly, although I will say the corbin is more comfortable than any other seat I've ever had on previous bikes. Its firm but for some reason, I dont get sore fast.
Get corbin redone, buy a mustang original, or a saddlemen king seat.
Send your seat to Mean City Cycles. Talk to them and tell them exactly what you want, because that is what you will get. They can also offer sugestions, listen to them as they know what they are doing!!! Then you will make an appointment to get your seat done. Ship your seat to them a few days before the appointment, when the date of your appointment comes they will do your seat and ship it back, same day. This keeps your down time to a minimum. Check with others here that have used them. They are also a site sponsor which is a plus. No I don't work for them, they are just a great company. Hope this helps.

A friend just dropped by several interior resto shops and found one that redid his on the cheap. They could probably add in the back rest you are looking into. Also I think Corbin has a program for redoing your seat also.
Did you know Mustang will give you 10days to try a seat and then return it if need be?
THIS ONLY APPLIES IF BOUGHT THROUGH THEM AND NOT A THIRD PARTY
Check out their website for details. I do not work for them but do use their seats and like them.
Good luck
Several of my friends have gone with the Mustang brand of seat and swear by them. I personally haven't owned one, but when I do get the opportunity to ride one of their bikes, it is a sweet experience.
This statement is completly false with this company, won't go any further since they are a sponser.
As I said tell them exactly what you want and listen to their recomendations and that's what you will get. What was wrong with your seat???? Everyone I've sent to them are more than happy, therefore I feel the statement is not false. Did you try to resolve your problem???
