Default Floorboard Extensions from Harley Goodies

If you are looking for a way to make your bike more comfortable, I recommend these floorboard extensions. This is a great promo from a HDF sponsor and not only do I think it's the least I can do for being the recipient of a free set, but the product is worth high praise on its own.

Everything positive other folks have said about the Harley Goodies extensions are correct. Easy to install, high quality materials, and they make a huge difference.
It took me about 30 minutes to install the set. It actually would have been quicker if I had a lift or some how wasn't on the floor. (It's not the getting down there, it's the getting up!)
As a 6" 6" rider, I have needed a way to get more leg room, so to speak, and was excited to see if these made much of a difference. The big deal is the effect of moving the brake and shift levers in, allowing my feet to use the more forward area of the floorboards. Awesome. At this early stage, my search for a forward footrest may be over.
I hope the pics do justice to showing the new floorboard position relative to the brake and shift levers. The inch+ movement for my model bike is more significant than it sounds.
Thanks again to Harley Goodies for a great product! And for making me the winner of a free set!

Still thinking about them. I like the idea of having my entire foot on the floor boards. When I wear my work boots, it's hard to achieve that.

I've got a pair, they're probably the single most useful mod to date.

Just do it - you'll be glad you did. I got mine a few years back - well worth the $40.

does anyone have a set on a lowered bike? i really do fancy a set but I drag the boards every now and again already and moving them out would surely make them closer to the floor on corners?
