I have her all tuned and she is running awesome right now. I bought the Ultima R2 about 2 weeks ago and had some tuning issues but all is good now. As usual, my problems were self inflicted. Had a shitty piece of hose from the manifold for the old VOES. I'm running points so I just took the old hose off and capped the port. Got the timimg right, and have the idle circuit set and she pulls strong all the way up to 120MPH. I quit there. No need to go that fast any way, but it's nice to know I can! Starts with one kick now too. Life is good...
I quit at 120 when the gas caps both rattled loose. 80 is the highest speed that is comfortable. After that, things get shaky and things start to loosen up. On the freeway, 75 to 80 is ok. Any faster and it just don't feel right.
Nobody believes this but I was doing 70 or o after filling up and the right tank cap was not tightened by some a-hole, me, and I caught it. I friggen caught it like I was Torii Hunter.
