Advise on Ultima Ignition Install

Ulitma ignition install went much better than expected. I soldered and heat shrank the tach and VOES wire and the other wires connected via round connectors (soldered on). Setting static timing was easy as pie as well. Thanks for all the info and suggestions guys.

Set that rev limiter at 6400 and bounce it a few times to seat in the module

Just kidding, congrats on the install







6400 rpm's and hitting the rev limiter when pulling away from a 103" does give ya an erection tho

I set it to 5500... I dont know if Ill ever get brave enough to bring it higher

The bike starts on first bump of the button even when cold... and this bike used to be a beast to start. I would have to pump the throttle twice, and hit the start button as I throttle up to push gas through the accelerator pump. I never choke it...ever.
