Well guys; That makes good sense to me. I also run all electrical stuff HD, except the battery. And since I live close to a pretty good HD shop, (25 miles), I will probably just go ahead with HD again. I sure have gotten good service out them. I have full floating discs on mine too, and don't want to take a chance of messing them up. Thanks for all the replys guys.

Good choice Jim. I personally would not want to risk an important thing like brakes. It's the only thing between you and an accident. I've heard too many scary stories about glue failings on cheap ones.

I bought a full set of carbon kevlar pads from VGCycles off of ebay for less than the rear from HD. A friend who has been through about 3 sets recommended them and I have been happy, he said he gets about 5-6k more miles than on the HD's.

i bought rear for my 96 softail custom had them off twice they glaze over and squeak thats what i get for buying cheap junk from china!
