I'm of the opinion that inexpensive and cheap don't have to be synonymous. If they can make car brake pads that cheap, why not smaller motorcycle pads?
I bought a three set from e-bay from a guy who is out of the Carolinas. They were Kevlar pads. I needed softer pads because I went to polished rotors. They fit fine and I have had no issues. I paid $45 and they were delivered to my door step which was included. My Indy even ordered some because he stated they looked better than what he was using, and they were less expensive.
Just because they don't say Harley davidson on them doesn't mean they are any less of a product. HD only private labels items, most aren't made by them. I can tell you that oil filters, brake pads and many other products HD sells are bought by HD and then resold with their name at double or triple the price.
Granted all items need to be scrutinized some for quality, but I have seen junk come from Harley as well.

Were they this Sixity brand? If not, where could I look at these to compare?
Sorry, I'm not going to price-shop some no-name Ebay brake pad to stop my 900 pound motorcycle with my wife or daughter and I on it. Lyndalls may run $120 for 3 pair, but I know they work, and if I have a problem with them, I won't end up waiting for an Ebay seller to get back to me.
