Couldn't tel ya. The metal one is fuel in the plastic looks like someone modded it. On both of mine that is just a flat cast circle. It is right at the throttle blades so maybe someone was getting crazy with a nitrous setup? I'd just find another carb if it as mine. They are cheap enough and plenty around. just my .02

I just went out to the shop and snapped a good picture from a cv I know is good.

That's where the enrichner cable goes, Perhaps as 92 Fatty said this carb was "modified" by someone for a specific purpose like twin carbs. Anyway at this point you would probably be better off getting an unmolested CV from E-Bay, etc.

The circled pipe is not where the enrichener cable goes. Who knows maybe that is some emissions port for pcv for a Kalifornia bike I do not know. You can see in the picture above the circled port is a black port. This is where the cable screws in just under the vacuum hosing.
Here is a good picture of an unmodded cv imho.

Sorry I didn't see the elbow when I first looked at the picture, jut the plastic piece for the enrichner. This must be some sort of a California or export carb as I've haven't seen one here on the East coast.
