Bertha is starting to sound like she did when the battery cables were loose even though they aren't.
I checked the cable to the starter, battery voltage, and voltage with her running. All good.
What else could it be. She turns over slow sometimes. Sometimes she stops turning over then I stop pushing the button, and push it again she'll turn over.
Stock original starter relay and solenoid wiring or did you add an extra relay? If not, check out my dreaded click thread about adding an extra relay. Even if you decide not to, it will help you understand what's going on.

Sounds like you both need to add a second relay to your starter circuit.
That should solve your problems.
I had issues like the above and I just ran another ground cable from the battery to the starter bolt. But it looks as though you already have it. How old is Bertha's battery? I've had gl with the Harley gel battery's.

Hmmm... mine does the same. I don't think it's a second relay issue, esp with a pushbutton - the starter is engaged, I can hear it trying to spin. Feels like the battery doesn't have enough juice to turn it over, but my battery is brand new. When I toss jumper cables from my car, it turns no problem, so the starter itself /brushes / starter relay seem to be correct as well.
Maybe it's a ground connector from the battery somewhere, since they are all rubber-mounted? That's what I see common here - never had problems like that on my heritage
I had the same problem, new battery, rebuilt solenoid, new relay, checked all wiring, new regulator etc etc....started fine when coming off trickle charger or jumping from car battery, finally found out it was the stator going bad and not putting enough voltage back in the battery, Harley needs more than 12 volts....New Stator, everything works, no more start problems....
