It will but you may have to change the bolt holes......best way to tell is to go measure one....we have fitted 06-up ones when doing a wider wheel conversion and the holes were not the same.
A quick test would be to compare the fender strut cover part numbers if you can't get hold of a wide glide to meaure it.
There are plenty of aftermarket ones out there too and we used to get these really nice fibreglass ones at one point.
