Default 85FLHTC Suspension upgrade and lowering

Blew out the fork seals at the end of last season and noticed the rear boots are starting to breakdown and seems like as good an excuse as any to do an upgrade and drop the stance, have a bad back and hip thanks to some douche cager texting.
I am leaning towards the progresive mono tubes up front with a full 2 inch drop, the rear I am probably going with the 416 in the 12.5 or take the hit and go with the 944's.
I am wounding if anyone has tried this combo or other options that are around the same price?
Will the 1.5 difference in drop from front to back change the handling that much I know it will be quicker?
Will this increase the chance of wobble in the front and back ( yes i an asking about "bagger wobble") I am hoping with the faster suspension that road contact will be more positive. The suspension is pretty dated and not that comforting at speeds above 90 not that I always go that fast but lets face it when you pull out to pass its nice to get it done.
Thanks
