You are certinally not burning any oil as the plugs seem ok for that.
The plugs look almost too good ., with no wear or indications of overheating etc.
Without knowing any of your motors details etc. , i would suggest you go to a more modern plug type that are available now.

Thanks! I take all the credit for how the thing runs, it does run good. Those plugs have been in for about a year, don't know how many miles, I don't keep track. I just picked up some standard autolites today. I'll get those fancy iridiums one of these days.

Default Plugs Rich

My plugs look like crap. Any suggestions. I just cleaned them about ten miles ago. pulled them today and this is what they looked like. They looked worse when I cleaned them the first time.

Goes to the shop tomorrow.

2012 wide glide
Intake kuryakyn hypercharger
Cobra slip on exhaust and no power commander.

I purchased from the dealer (used)3 weeks ago with aftermarket accessories installed so they will be fixing it. Just want a little knowledge so I don't get jerked around by there servicing department with some bull crap repair. Not saying that will happen.

Joe

Those plugs look like they have been in a BBQ grill, most defintley rich. Has to be a tuner on the bike or a ECM programed by a Mastertune system, stock HD Twinkie engine runs snowwhite plugs in normal conditons

CSA of Tucson did me right. After talking with there technicians and getting the bugs worked out. They will be installing a new power commander, programing and replacing plugs at no cost to me. Cant wait to get it back and see how it rides. Really good customer relations...Thanks Rusty

So why did the plugs look like the engine was burning coal?

They are saying fuel management. It was running to rich and they were unable to lean it out with the factory ECM.
