Default Later type wheel change

Hi all. Ive had a problem with my front wheel for a while now, corrosion on the inner bead, so air escapes from the tyre. I have a 1995 Road king. My question is, If I put a later front wheel on, after changing the bearing to a 3/4" will; the wheel fit on using the same spacers? Hopefully there is a photo of the wheel I will be going for.
Thanks

I have used a rear one of those, in a 2007 swingarm on my 1990 Glide. The bearing housings are larger in diameter, so your current brake discs won't fit that wheel. The front fork spacing on the Glides hasn't changed since Adam was a boy, so there is a reasonable chance it will fit your forks with your spacers.

If your going from the timkins to sealed bearings you'll need new axle spacers. No way to know what size. You'll just have to put on the wheel, center the wheel, line up the rotor, and measure. And what grbrown said about the rotor.

Ok thanks for the info, must admit I hadn't thought about the brake discs being different, and I thought I may need new spacers as mine are recessed in to the bearings and I think the later ones are flush fitting.
Thanks again for your info.
Cheers

Default fix

Just take a wire brush on a drill and clean off the corrosion then get some bead sealer
put it on the wheel then install tire. FIXED >>> mine has not leaked since.
