I'll look in the morning. Thanks.

Both blocks or just one? What looks like the rear block on mine is just the oring on the tappet screen plug seeping.

I noticed it first on the front tappet block.

Ok yesterday when I looked at the O-rings I noticed road grime in the area and like an idiot I didn't clean it then so this morning I took apart the pushrod tubes and cleaned all surfaces as best as I could with cotton swabs.

I hope that's it.

Yes.
All the parts are there and I can't find anything wrong with the O-rings.
No cuts, no folds, no nothing that I can see.
It isn't leaking down from the air filter.

There is nothing obviously wrong.

I once had an intermittent leak from the front lower pushrod seal that drove me nuts. It turned out that the front exhaust pushrod was slightly bent-not actually "bent", but the threaded section of the adjustable pushrod was brazed to the shaft a bit crooked. Every so often, as it rotated, it would rub on the pushrod tube, and once in a while would "rock" the pushrod tube enough to break the seal at the lower o-ring, causing a leak that came and went.

Not saying that is your problem, but it's something to check for. It's most likely to occur on the front exhaust position, since that pushrod operates at the greatest angle.

Just my 2 cents, but if you get that synthetic out of there and put that Castrol GTX 20-50 back in it I bet your leak or seep will stop. I know mine did. I have heard of so many EVO's running well over 100,000 miles with Castrol and mine has had it since new except for one change to Mobil 1 Vtwin 20-50 synthetic. My base gaskets started to weep with it and when I changed it back it quit. I have 40,000 on it now with no leaks.

The seep started when I had the Castrol in it.
Granted it got worse when I put in the syn.
